  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded
  • ¼ to ½ cup Franks's hot sauce
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • serve with tortilla chips and salsa if desired
  1. In a microwave safe bowl cook the hot sauce, butter and cream cheese, stir well to combine. Add the shredded chicken and cook and stir until the chicken is warmed through. Layer the chips and chicken mixture and a layer of cheese , repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350* for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa if desired
